We aim for our delivery service to be as easy as possible for all our customers.
Most orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours during Mondays to Fridays - subject to payment and stock availability. If any products are out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible by email or SMS/WhatsApp.
For orders with both in-stock and preorder / stock in transit, we will mail out the whole order once all items have arrived. Should you wish to receive in-stock items first, additional top-up of postage fee is required at your preferred shipping option. Kindly write to us at email@example.com with your order number to arrange.
We ship all orders via NinjaVan unless otherwise advised. Should you be out of town, kindly drop us an email so we can take note to send out your parcel once you are back in Singapore. Should you be unable to receive the parcel, kindly rearrange delivery with NinjaVan directly. After 3 failed delivery attempts, NinjaVan will return the parcel and a redelivery fee of S$4 will be payable to us.

We only do exchanges should there be an erroneous print or damage to the mats, markers or bags upon receipt. Please take a picture and send it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Strictly no refunds allowed.
